Refund policy
At Divine by Anastacia we want you to love what you buy. This policy sets out your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund, alongside your statutory rights under UK law. It does not affect your legal rights.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at ney.carvalho1@hotmail.com with your order number before the 14 days end. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with any seals and tags intact.
Hygiene exclusion — hair & shapewear
For hygiene reasons, the following can only be returned if they are sealed and unopened. Once the seal is broken or the item has been worn, tried on or used, it cannot be returned or refunded (except where faulty):
- Hair extensions, wigs, ponytails, bundles and closures
- Shapewear, bodysuits, waist trainers and fajas
This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.
Return postage
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement or repair. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Original standard delivery charges are refunded for cancelled orders; return postage is not refunded unless the item was faulty.
