By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Payment is taken at the point of purchase through our secure checkout. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

4. Products

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images are for illustration; natural hair products may vary slightly in shade and texture.

5. Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is the property of Divine by Anastacia and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
