Shipping policy
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. This policy explains how long orders take to arrive and what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email, and tracking details where available, once your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Our range is dispatched from two sources, so delivery times vary by product:
- Divine by Anastacia hair care (oils, masks and sets): 2–5 business days within the UK.
- Hair extensions, wigs and shapewear: 5–10 business days, as these are shipped directly from our specialist suppliers.
Where an order contains items from both sources, they may arrive separately and in more than one parcel.
Shipping rates
UK delivery is £2.99, with free delivery on qualifying orders. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on your destination. All prices are in GBP (£).
International orders, customs & duties
International deliveries may be subject to customs charges, import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs processing.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at ney.carvalho1@hotmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
